Last updated: July 8, 2026 (draft) · Draft status shown below
1. What we collect
Account information (name, email, authentication data); brokerage connection data needed to route and reconcile orders; trading activity (orders, fills, positions, P&L, drawdown); journal content you create, including chart snapshots; behavioral-risk configuration and resulting events (plan declarations, tilt score, lockouts); payment method via Stripe (we never store full card numbers); and standard device / log data.
2. How we use it
To operate the platform: executing your copy configuration, rendering journals and AI-drafted narratives, computing leaderboard scores, running the behavioral-risk features you configure, support, and security. Aggregated or de-identified data may be used to improve the platform. [Any research use of broadcaster trade data beyond operating the service requires the data-use terms in the Broadcaster Agreement — scope wording with counsel].
3. What becomes public
Only what your settings publish: leaderboard participation and journal visibility are user-controlled (private, inner circle, or public). Public records display performance including losses and drawdown — that completeness is a platform rule stated up front, not a surprise.
4. Sharing
Service providers only, as needed to run the platform: brokerage and data APIs you connect, payment processing (Stripe), cloud infrastructure, and AI providers used for narrative drafting. We do not sell personal information. Legal process and safety exceptions apply as required by law.
5. Security & retention
Credentials and connection secrets are stored encrypted; access is logged and restricted. We retain data while your account is active and as required for legal and audit purposes; [retention windows — finalize with counsel].
6. Your choices
You can export or delete journal content, revoke MCP tokens, change visibility settings, disconnect brokerage accounts, and close your account. Deletion requests are honored subject to legal retention requirements.
7. This website
This marketing site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics today. The leaderboard reads public scoreboard data; nothing about your visit is profiled. If that ever changes, this policy changes first.
8. Changes; contact
Material changes will be announced with a new effective date. Contact: [privacy address pending email-domain setup].
